APAARI launched the Asia-Pacific Biopesticide Community of Practice (ABCoP) in May 2024, with the support of FAO, STDF, government agencies, the private sector, and international organizations such as AARINENA and FARA. The initiative aims to bring together stakeholders from the biopesticide sector — including industry leaders, researchers, policymakers, national representatives, and other key actors — to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.

The Asia-Pacific Biopesticides Community of Practice 2025 (ABCoP) — For the Promotion of Biopesticides and Enhancement of Trade Opportunities — was initiated for 2025 on 29 January to further strengthen regional knowledge sharing and cooperation in advancing sustainable pest management solutions.
